Strong, rubber over-molded heavy-duty nylon and rubber straps securely hold tools, firearms, bows, crossbows, fishing poles, shovels, farm tools, etc and other gear of various configurations. NOTE: GUNS/HEAVY OBJECTS SHOULD NOT BE CARRIED IN THE FULL-TILT POSITION

Tilts 160° in 40° increments. Base rotates 360°.

Designed to mount directly to the tubular ATV front or rear rack, or to the handlebars 5/8"-1" in diameter

Tool-free, Kwik-Clip design allows 360° rotation and easy removal of grips from base if needed
