Tilts 160° in 40° increments. Base rotates 360°.

Heavy-Duty base system mounts to tubular or square bars from 5/8"-1-3/4" in diameter or to flat, drillable surface

Tool-free, Kwik-Clip design allows 360° rotation and easy removal of grips from base if needed
